Arte Roman, Owner/Project Manager

Arte has been a consultant and project manager in the environmental and engineering industry for over 20 years. Arte has deep roots in Brevard County. He grew up in Indialantic, attended Melbourne High School, and graduated from Florida Institute of Technology. He has seen Brevard County grow exponentially, but still desires to preserve the things that make this county great, like its people and its local iconic places.

From an early age, Arte learned about the flooring industry and business ethics from his father, who has been a pillar of the Brevard business community since 1977.

Arte’s goal is to continue the family’s legacy of providing customer services with honesty and respect for all clients. He values the deep and positive relationships held with other local businesses and desires to provide a true concierge level service that you just can’t get from a big-box store or national brand. Arte enjoys being with his wife and four children, and on the rare occasion that he can get away, loves to go biking, backpacking, and scuba diving.
